Requirements
- Lead brand and digital design from concept to execution—identity systems, campaigns, websites, and digital assets.
- Translate strategy and insight into clear visual systems: typography, color, composition, motion, and layout.
- Balance creative exploration with precise, production-ready execution.
- Align design decisions tightly with client strategy, goals, and audiences.
- Present and defend design rationale with conviction, storytelling, and evidence.
- Collaborate with strategists, developers, and client partners to ensure design integrity.
- Review and refine the work of contractors and freelancers for quality, consistency, and alignment across platforms.
- Use design tools, templates, and automation to improve speed and consistency.

Education & Experience
- 3+ years in brand or digital design (agency or studio experience preferred).
- A portfolio demonstrating excellence across identity, campaigns, and digital systems.
- Mastery of typography, color, hierarchy, and layout.
- Advanced proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite; motion or 3D is a plus.
- Adept with generative AI tools and techniques for amplifying creative concepts.
- Proven ability to deliver high-quality work that aligns with strategy and vision.
