As a Human Resources Business Partner, you'll be the go-to person for all employee relations matters, acting as the first point of contact for HR matters and tracking trends to implement positive changes. You'll work closely with operations leaders to foster company culture and drive change management and efficiencies. You'll also advise management on interpreting company policy and relevant employment legislation, as well as manage employee relations investigations to maintain a positive workplace environment while minimizing legal risks.
In addition to these crucial responsibilities, you'll also be responsible for identifying and developing talent requirements for the organizations short and long term plans, designing and executing talent acquisition plans, and coordinating with operations workflows. You'll also support the development of leadership capacity by partnering with cross-functional HR peers and identifying opportunities for coaching and development.
To be successful in this role, you'll need at least 5 years of experience as an HR Generalist or HRBP, preferably in a manufacturing / distribution environment. You'll also need a post-secondary education in Human Resources, with CHRP/CHRL preferred. Strong knowledge of HR best practices and processes, as well as proficiency in HRIS systems and MS Office, are also essential.
We're looking for someone who is collaborative, driven, and a clear and concise communicator with strong oral and written skills. You'll need to be able to manage large and small scale projects, balance simultaneous demands, and convert strategy into action. Leading diversity and inclusion initiatives within the organization will also be key.
If you're excited to join a team that values teamwork, innovation, and continuous improvement, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity. As a Human Resources Business Partner, you'll have the chance to make a real impact on our workplace culture and the success of our team.
