What You’ll Be Doing:

• Sourcing and attracting top-tier candidates for roles in the tech/SaaS industry.
• Managing high-volume recruitment campaigns with precision and efficiency.
• Utilizing ATS systems to track, manage, and optimize candidate pipelines.
• Analyzing recruitment metrics to improve strategies and deliver better results.
• Building relationships with hiring managers to understand their needs and deliver tailored solutions.
• Conducting resume screenings, phone interviews, and coordinating the interview process like a pro.
• Ensuring a positive candidate experience every step of the way.

What We’re Looking For:

• 2-3 years of experience recruiting in the tech/SaaS industry.
• Proven success managing large-scale recruitment projects while maintaining quality.
• Expertise with ATS systems and recruitment tools.
• Strong analytical skills and experience using data to inform decisions.
• Excellent communication, time management, and relationship-building skills.
• A self-starter with a detail-oriented mindset who thrives in fast-paced settings.
