LET’S CUT TO THE CHASE Who is an Enterprise Solutions Consultant really? Possible job duties:
- You’ll become a subject matter expert in all things Plum and continue to grow your knowledge as the product evolves.
- Become an expert in our customer’s systems, e.g. Workday, Greenhouse, SuccessFactors, etc.
- Coordinate with Sales team members to guide Plum through integrations questions and demo workflows in the pre-sales process.
- Collaborate with our Customer Success team to on-board and configure integrations of Plum’s software into each customer’s unique ecosystem, while fully owning the process.
- Document new or updated support information in knowledge base articles.
- Keep customers informed of problem resolutions, best practices, common implementation methodologies, etc. – become a trusted advisor
- Influence and make improvements to the way we support our users and make sure their experience is the best possible.
- Triage bugs and performance incidents, and work toward resolution with the Product and Engineering teams.
- Deep knowledge of web-based application architectures.
- Experience with common integration patterns, e.g. REST API, webhooks, SAML 2.0, SFTP, etc.
- Ability to troubleshoot web applications.
- Ability to communicate across departments and leverage your leadership skills.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize, and communicate effectively.
- Ability to multitask and coordinate with internal resources to resolve customer issues.
- HR tech, EIM, ATS, and HCM experience an asset, but not required.
- You are a customer-centric individual who prides themselves on creating a white glove experience for every stakeholder you deal with.
- You are self-confident, highly motivated, and enthusiastic.
- You show a sense of urgency to drive results, and you have excellent problem-solving skills.
- You explain ideas with clear and concise language to customers, including c-suite executives, listening carefully and asking clarifying questions.
