As a Market Response Representative, you will play a crucial role in supporting GrantMe's enrollment efforts. You will be responsible for handling incoming inquiries, engaging with potential customers, and ensuring prompt and effective responses to their queries. Your goal will be to generate interest, qualify leads, and drive revenue growth for our company. This position requires excellent communication skills, a customer-focused mindset, and the ability to work collaboratively with various teams.
Key Responsibilities:
Customer Engagement and Support:
  • Respond promptly and professionally to inbound inquiries via multiple channels, including phone calls, sms, emails, live chats, and social media platforms.
  • Understand customer needs, address their questions, and provide relevant information about our products or services.
  • Engage with potential customers, build rapport, and guide them through the enrollment process.
  • Identify and assess customer requirements, and effectively communicate the value proposition of our offerings.
Lead Qualification and Management:
  • Qualify leads based on predetermined criteria through effective questioning and active listening.
  • Conduct initial screenings to determine potential customers' level of interest and their fit with our products or services.
  • Accurately record and document customer interactions, inquiries, and feedback in the CRM system.
  • Collaborate with the enrollment team to hand off qualified leads for further nurturing and conversion.
Product Knowledge and Market Awareness:
  • Acquire in-depth knowledge of our products, services, and industry trends to provide accurate and comprehensive information to customers.
  • Work closely with the enrollment team to share relevant information, coordinate efforts, and support revenue-generating activities.
Performance Tracking and Reporting:
  • Track and report key performance metrics, such as response time, lead qualification rates, and conversion rates, to monitor and improve performance.
  • Provide regular updates on customer trends, challenges, and opportunities to inform marketing and enrollment strategies.

Qualifications and Skills:
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a strong ability to engage and build relationships with potential customers.
  • Experience in sales, marketing or entrepreneurship or an interest in learning more about these areas
  • Active listening skills to understand customer needs and tailor responses accordingly.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and other relevant tools.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Flexibility and adaptability to meet changing business needs.
  • A positive and customer-focused attitude.
  • This role is available as a part-time role with a minimum of 20 hours/week
