The 92 Youth Centre Director

We are looking for an individual that is able to provide leadership in the vision, planning and implementation of programs at The 92 Youth Centre in Mackenzie. The 92 Youth Centre Director’s primary objective is to engage and equip youth to know and follow Jesus by meeting the needs of the youth in the Mackenzie through running relevant programs and inviting others into the journey through partnership. You are building and overseeing a volunteer team while personally engaging in relational evangelism and program design and delivery. This position will provide support for youth, families, schools, and community. The ability to build strong relationships and interpersonal skills are a high priority. Experience in missionary work and/or post secondary education in a related field is preferred.
Qualifications:Personally committed to Jesus Christ Wholeheartedly in agreement with YFC Canada's Statement of Faith & Community Covenant Experience in youth missionary work is preferred Post secondary education in a related field is preferred Willing to participate in YFC Canada's credentialing process Able to work evenings and weekends as required Able to work with minimal supervision in a non-structured environment Must be able to pass a vulnerable sector criminal record check
