This position pays between $19.70 and $22.80 per hour (depending on experience) and we offer a range of attractive benefits and corporate discounts, as well as training throughout your career to support and guide your professional development.
In this key role, you will:
- Assist both walk-in and wholesale customers with the selection of parts
- Provide price quotes and other related information to our customer base
- Process customer orders and handle various transactions; including warranty and return processes
- Uphold store appearance and merchandising standards
- Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications
To join our team, you need:
- Automotive vehicle parts experience or relevant experience to be demonstrated
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Capability to deliver and outstanding customer experience
- Ability to use a computer, including web navigation and POS (point of sale)
- Ability to lift 50lbs
- High school diploma and/or training in automotive sales or vehicle parts equipment sales is considered an asset
