Reporting to the Director Customer Insights, as Customer Insights Lead, you provide a deeper understanding of customers to fuel smarter, more customer-centric data-driven business decisions across all 3 retail brands. You will accomplish this through your expertise in designing and managing the implementation of primary research initiatives based on best-in-class practices in the industry.

Responsailities

• Interact cross functionally as well as with external research partners to accomplish research projects from start to finish, focusing on key impactful areas for our brands;
• Develop a deep understanding of the current and prospective customers;
• Serve as the voice of the customer by measuring, analyzing, broadcasting, and recommending actions to improve customer sentiment;
• Equip cross-functional teams with data and other centralized resources that empower them to apply customer knowledge to their everyday work
• Proactively identify areas of opportunity for the business

• Bachelor's degree in related field of study (Master degree is an asset)
• 5+ years of working experience in a consumer intelligence or related function
• Strong ability to translate disparate information into actionable insights, craft a compelling narrative, and present findings to senior stakeholders
• Results-oriented with strong attention to detail.
• Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Bilingual
