  • Drive the client to various locations as required
  • Provide socialization, conversation and emotional reassurances
  • Assist with groceries and parcels and help clients in and out of the vehicle
  • Listen, observe and communicate and concerns/changes in the client's physical, emotional and or environmental conditions to Spectrum management

Qualifications
  • Valid G license with access to a vehicle
  • Clear driver's abstract
  • Class 07 Rider required as a condition of employment
  • Compassionate with a passion for helping others

Being a Spectrum Driver Companion is a rewarding position in which you will be able to build meaningful relationships with patients and their families and make a real difference in their lives. In this role, you will drive seniors to appointments, leisure activities, and anywhere else they may need to go! As a Spectrum Driver Companion, you will provide your clients with the best possible experience – providing physical assistance, being courteous, engaging, and giving them opportunities to socialize with others in the community. You will provide the highest level of care by listening, observing and communicating any concerns about the client's physical and emotional condition so that they receive the appropriate level of care to help them thrive.
