The Day to Day:
- Execute dishes with precision and consistency, upholding the standards of our Southern French-inspired menu
- Prepare and cook items in accordance with recipes, portion controls, and presentation specifications
- Work efficiently across stations as assigned, supporting a smooth and coordinated kitchen operation
- Collaborate with your team to ensure timely and accurate service, especially during peak hours
- Maintain cleanliness, sanitation, and safety standards in all work areas
- Assist in daily prep, inventory management, and receiving/stocking deliveries
- Communicate clearly with FOH and BOH to maintain flow and exceed guest expectations
- Uphold our values by bringing professionalism, enthusiasm, and care to every shift
- Support new team members through mentorship and on-the-job training
- Demonstrate pride in your work and contribute to a positive, respectful kitchen culture
Qualifications
- 1+ years working in a professional kitchen is preferred, but a strong work ethic and willingness to learn go a long way
- Clear and respectful communication skills, both with your kitchen team and front-of-house staff
- Attention to detail and the ability to stay organized in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
- Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining consistency and quality
- Physically able to meet the demands of the job — including standing for long periods and lifting up to 25 lbs
- Flexible availability, including weekdays, weekends, evenings, and holidays
