As a key member of our Maintenance Team, you'll ensure our production equipment and facilities run smoothly and efficiently. You'll also play a crucial role in integrating and optimizing new technologies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and repair production equipment and facilities, including bridge cranes (up to 25 tons)
  • Perform troubleshooting, preventive maintenance, and equipment calibration
  • Support implementation of new systems and technology upgrades
  • Carry out all typical Millwright / Industrial Mechanic duties as needed

Qualifications

What You Bring:

  • Journeyman Millwright / Industrial Mechanic certification (or equivalent)
  • Strong mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and machining knowledge
  • 3+ years' experience, ideally in manufacturing
  • Excellent troubleshooting, multi-tasking and problem-solving skills
  • Machining experience is an asset
  • Able to lift 40 lb regularly; up to 100 lb occasionally
  • Willing and able to work bi-weekly rotating shifts (day/evening), including weekends
  • Team-oriented, safety-focused, and reliable
  • Strong verbal and written English communication skills

Additional Information

Physical Demands:
Frequent standing, walking, lifting, climbing, and manual handling. Must be able to work in tight spaces and at heights. Visual acuity and the ability to focus are essential.

Work Environment:
You'll work in a steel fabrication facility with exposure to noise, vibration, fumes, heat, and moving equipment. Use of PPE and adherence to safety protocols is mandatory. This is a safety-sensitive position with direct impact on personal and team safety.

This position requires you to work bi-weekly rotating day/evening shifts.
