The Day to Day:

  • Support daily food prep for service—cleaning, chopping, portioning, and organizing ingredients
  • Maintain high standards of cleanliness, food safety, and sanitation
  • Learn kitchen operations, station setup, and the basics of line service
  • Work alongside experienced chefs and contribute to a positive team environment
  • Participate in daily prep lists, inventories, and waste reduction practices

Qualifications
  • Basic Understanding of professional cooking and knife handling skills.
  • Ability to take direction and work calmly and effectively under pressure.
  • Able to spend 100% of the time standing.
