Within the NAPA distribution center located in Cambridge, ON, you will work closely with the management team.

Shift: Monday - Friday 3:00pm - 11:45pm (subject to change based on business needs)
Your main responsibilities:
- Coordinate the work of the distribution center team.
- Plan the effective management of daily operations.
- Organize the receiving, shelving, picking, and shipping of goods.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety measures.
- Communicate effectively with company collaborators to ensure excellent customer service.
Qualifications
To join our team, you need, among other things:
- Related warehouse/distribution experience in a supervisory/leadership role.
- Strong understanding of warehouse operations, inventory management, and safety protocols.
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team.
- Knowledge of Warehouse Management System (WMS) (an asset).
- Ability to identify various projects for improving the facility and related systems.
