We are currently looking to fill a position as a Senior Revenue Analyst at our head office located in Les Cedres near Vaudreuil-Dorion.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the invoicing team consisting of both 5 direct and indirect reports located at bases across Canada.
  • Develop skills set to become the invoicing / accounts receivable subject matter expert.
  • Review, approve and ensure accuracy of month-end journal entries and timely closing.
  • Report on monthly revenue by sector vs previous year and budget to executive team.
  • Revenue Database management and production.
  • Manage the reporting of intercompany revenue eliminations.
  • Produce invoices for complex contracts.
  • Perform A/R aging reporting and support of collections and bad debt management.
  • Act as a primary contact for marketing and operations in the various projects.
  • Produce ad hoc analyses aimed at the development and optimization of the company's revenues.
  • Coordinate the revenue budget process including data consolidation.
  • Primary contact with external auditors for all revenue related inquiries.
  • Ensure credit checks are reviewed for higher risk potential new customers.
  • Contribute to the development of accounting information systems.
  • Great communication skills (French and English).

Qualifications
  • Demonstrate strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Self-starter, ability to work with minimal supervision, creative and analytical.
  • Know how to manage pressure and carry out several projects simultaneously.
  • Understanding and exposure to full accounting cycle.
  • Excellent mastery of IT tools specifically advanced functions of Excel. Knowledge of AS400 an asset.
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or related field, CPA designation an asset.
  • Proven experience in accounting or finance roles, with a focus on reporting and Accounts Receivable.
  • Bilingualism (English and French, spoken and written). Being a pan-Canadian company, bilingualism is required to ensure communications between all bases across the country.

  • Location: Les Cèdres
  • Schedule: 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
