Join our dynamic team where your expertise in accounts payable will ensure the compliance of our Visa transactions with SOX standards and our internal procedures.
What you will do daily:
- Review and analyze Visa reports to identify anomalies or non-compliance, ensuring adherence to the Sarbanes-Oxley Act (SOX).
- Maintain control and analysis files, ensuring rigorous follow-up on corrective actions with operations.
- Perform BU and GL corrections, analyze variances in gross profit, and report significant errors with financial or operational impact to relevant partners.
- Propose improvements to internal controls and share your knowledge by providing guidance and training on best compliance practices.
- Collaborate closely with financial and operational teams to quickly and effectively resolve identified issues.
- Work in partnership with internal auditors to provide required samples and respond to their inquiries during audits.
Qualifications
To join our team, you need:
- Degree in accounting or a related field, with a minimum of 3 years' experience in accounts payable or matching in a high-volume environment.
- Intermediate proficiency in Excel and familiarity with accounting software.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both French and English, essential for effective collaboration with our teams across Canada.
