This Territory Manager position is a regular full-time position and is located in Langley, British Columbia.

Reporting to the National Sales Manager, you will:
- Oversee all customer account management, sales, credit problems, warranties, and business development in Territory;
- Strategically develop and expand the sales and distribution network within your assigned territory;
- Establish and maintain a consistent call cycle to provide exceptional service to all accounts within the designated area;
- Analyze and understand product category dynamics and market trends relevant to the region, assigned geography, and individual accounts;
- Cultivate and manage strong, collaborative, and mutually beneficial relationships with accounts and key stakeholders throughout the assigned geography;
- Support the preparation of technical sales proposals and related documentation.
Qualifications

- Able to build and sustain trust-based business relationships;
- Willing to travel extensively—90% within the Lower Mainland and 60% beyond, including the island;
- Self-motivated and results-driven with a consistent record of achieving growth targets and key KPIs;
- Committed to continuous learning and knowledge sharing.
