WHAT'S THE JOB?

Dexterra Group is seeking a highly skilled Senior Application Systems Analyst to join our Financial Systems team. In this pivotal role, you'll support and enhance our NetSuite ERP and other finance-related platforms, ensuring seamless operations and accurate financial reporting across the organization.

About the Role

As a Senior Application Systems Analyst, you'll be the go-to expert for NetSuite administration, maintenance, and user support. You'll collaborate closely with Corporate Finance and Business Operations to streamline processes, support financial reporting, and drive continuous improvement. You'll also play a key role in harmonizing systems, supporting project initiatives, and ensuring data integrity across platforms.

Key Responsibilities

  • Administer and maintain NetSuite ERP and other finance systems (e.g., MS Dynamics SL, Azure Data Warehouse, Power BI).
  • Lead harmonization efforts to consolidate disparate ERP systems into a unified platform.
  • Support month-end and year-end financial reporting processes by refining and automating workflows.
  • Ensure compliance with ITGC and internal controls documentation.
  • Assist in the development of corporate financial reporting packages and budget templates.
  • Document business processes, stakeholder requirements, and testing protocols.
  • Provide end-user training and support to ensure system adoption and efficiency.
  • Collaborate on financial systems projects, including testing, documentation, and troubleshooting.
  • Maintain service level expectations and manage work intake processes effectively.

Qualifications

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

  • A Great Attitude!
  • 5+ years of experience as a Functional, Data, Application, or Business Analyst.
  • Post secondary degree/diploma in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
  • Proven experience with NetSuite implementation.
  • Strong understanding of business processes and supporting technologies.
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Solid aptitude to understand and resolve complex issues, and excellent customer-service skills.
  • Ability to manage priorities in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.

ALSO GREAT TO HAVE

  • Familiarity with OneStream, Oracle Hyperion EPM, Deltek Costpoint, Power BI, or MS SQL Server
