Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

Detail oriented, exceptional organizational skills, strong computer skills, attention to detail, excellent problem-solving skills, strong decision-making skills and good communication skills (written and verbal).

Specific Tasks:

  • Zero Outs (Daily) – investigate Zero Outs and either short them or locate them and put them back into the Pick Que.
  • OS&D Investigation (Daily) – investigate submitted OS&D claims versus what our inventory levels are.
  • Inventory Adjustments/Management (Daily)
  • 3PL Replenishment (Daily)
  • Cycle Count (Daily) – meeting with the Cycle Count Team, helping direct their activities and ensuring that all Cycle Counts are completed on time during PSS absence.
  • Slotting (Occasional) – working closely with the PSS, ensuring the right inventory is being selected and that the proper inventory adjustments are being done.
  • Store Changeovers (Occasional) – dealing with the lifted inventory from a future store changeover.
  • Dealing with supplier changeovers (labelling inventory).

Qualifications

To join our team, you need:

  • Attention to detail and aptitude for distinguishing part numbers and figures;
  • Ability to work within tight deadlines;
  • Experience within a warehouse inventory is an asset;
  • Experience in shipping-receiving;
  • Experience within a warehouse environment.
