As a part time Cleaner/Sanitizer you will ensure the overall cleanliness of our facilities to the highest level. Working 2 days a week 4 hours a day.

Your work will include:

  • Cleaning the CATSA checkpoints areas and the equipment's used of dirt and debris with a non-abrasive cloth.
  • Sanitizing the CATSA checkpoint area and equipment's used by wiping the surface after the area is clear of dirt and debris.
  • Cleaning and sanitizing areas commonly touched or in close proximity to screening officers and passengers.

Qualifications

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

  • A great attitude!
  • Candidates must possess a valid driver's license and have reliable transportation to and from the airport.
  • Ability to obtain a Restricted Area Identity Card (RAIC); this requires a clear criminal record, no exceptions. Preference given to candidates with current RAIC or RAP. Ability to communicate effectively (read and write) in English.
  • Able to lift up to 25 lbs.
  • Ability to work statutory(Christmas, New Years day, etc.) and other holidays (like Easter Sunday/Monday).
  • Knowledge of Occupational Health and Safety Act, Workplace Hazardous Materials Information Systems (WHMIS) is an asset.
  • Preference will be given to those with open full time availability (Able to work any any time on any day of the week).
