  • Your responsibilities:

  • Respond to calls and emails from employees and managers in matters of benefits, disability, retirement and management of absences / vacations.
  • Administer benefit programs for corporate, associates and banner stores (correspondence with stores and employees, communication with the insurer, process and analyze changes, administrative processing of disabilities).
  • Ensure the timely and accurate processing of all payroll entries related to employee benefits, retirement plans and absence management.

Qualifications

To join our team, you need:

  • College or university diploma in administration or human resources;
  • Excellent communication in both English and French, both orally and in writing. In your role, you will have to work with internal clients across Canada on an ongoing basis.
