Le conseiller mode a pour rôle d'offrir une expérience client exceptionnelle à tout coup grâce à sa facilité à mettre les clientes à l'aise, à se montrer à l'écoute de leurs besoins et à inspirer confiance.
Responsabilités (ce que vous ferez au quotidien)
- Offrir une expérience de magasinage exceptionnelle qui favorise la création de liens positifs avec la clientèle et sa fidélisation.
- Assumer le rôle de caissier tout en mettant à profit ses connaissances en matière de vente, de promotion et de connaissance des produits pour accroître les achats d'articles connexes.
- Parcourir la surface de vente et s'assurer que toutes les normes de présentation visuelle sont respectées.
Qualifications
Profil recherché (ce que vous apporterez)
- Expérience en vente ou en service à la clientèle, un atout.
- Capacité à mener plusieurs tâches de front au sein d'un environnement dynamique tout en s'engageant à fournir une expérience client exceptionnelle.
- Disponibilités pour travailler les soirs et la fin de semaine.
