Kent Homes is seeking a Director of Supply Chain to lead procurement, inventory, logistics, and facility operations, ensuring efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and compliance.

RESPONSIBILITIES
What You'll Do:

• Lead Procurement & Inventory Strategy - Drive purchasing and inventory optimization to ensure cost efficiency and operational continuity.
• Vendor & Partnership Management - Build and maintain strong supplier relationships to secure quality, reliability, and competitive advantage.
• Facilities Oversight & Compliance - Direct facility operations, including maintenance, safety compliance, and vendor contracts.
• Cross-Functional Leadership - Collaborate with senior leaders to align supply chain and facilities strategies with corporate objectives.
• Financial & Performance Governance - Manage budgets, analyze KPIs, and implement cost-control measures to achieve financial and operational targets.

QUALIFICATIONS
What We're Looking For:

• Education - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field (Advanced degree preferred).
• Experience - 7-10 years in supply chain leadership; experience managing facilities operations is an asset.
• Certifications - CSCP, FMP, or CFM certifications preferred.
• Skills - Strategic leadership, negotiation, data analysis, and proficiency with supply chain systems.
