As an Intermediate ILS Analyst, you'll work at the heart of strategic planning and lifecycle logistics, contributing to the design, documentation, and sustainment of complex marine systems. You'll collaborate with industry partners, lead critical analysis, and ensure the solutions we build reflect Fleetway's high standards and Canada's defense priorities.

RESPONSIBILITIES
Maintenance Strategy Development

  • Coordinate and oversee the creation of maintenance and sparing recommendations for the client, working closely with Platform Systems and Combat Systems stakeholders.

Stakeholder Collaboration & Representation

  • Represent Fleetway Inc. in decision-making forums, such as Maintenance Review Acceptance Boards and Initial Provisioning Conferences-presenting findings, facilitating discussion, and aligning stakeholders around key outcomes.

Oversight & Quality Assurance

  • Review and validate outputs related to maintenance planning and provisioning to ensure accuracy, consistency, and alignment with lifecycle support objectives.

Communication & Knowledge Sharing

  • Clearly communicate technical insights, recommendations, and rationale to internal teams, leadership, and external partners-helping to translate complex data into actionable decisions.

QUALIFICATIONS
Education
Completion of a technologist certification or a college diploma in Business, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or other relevant fields. We value diverse educational pathways.
Experience & Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in Integrated Logistics Support (ILS) or design involving ships or marine equipment.
  • At least 1 year of experience in one or more of the following: subcontract management, material data analysis, or project coordination.
  • Demonstrated experience facilitating administrative activities among multiple organizations working collaboratively on data-related projects.
  • Previous event and meeting planning experience is beneficial but not required.
  • Must be willing and able to travel (within Canada and internationally) on a bi-monthly basis.
  • Must be eligible for security clearances.
