JOB DESCRIPTION
We currently have an exciting opportunity within our Pulp & Paper Division operations for a Human Resources Student to join our team in Saint John, New Brunswick, for the Fall 2025 Work Term.
RESPONSIBILITIES
• Working collaboratively with the HR Manager
• Supporting site employees with all aspects of Human Resources functions
• Preparing and maintaining employee files ensuring confidentiality and compliance with data privacy regulations
• Participating in special projects and initiatives
QUALIFICATIONS
• Currently pursuing a degree in Business Administration or Commerce and in good academic standing
• Strong communication skills, both written and oral
• Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office
• Curious and continuous improvement mindset
• Self-starter, attention to detail, punctual, consistent, and flexible to changing tasks
• Long-term interest in a Human Resources career
