RESPONSIBILITIES
What You'll Do:

• Prepare quality meals - Cook breakfast, lunch, dinner daily, and catering ensuring they meet high standards.
• Bake fresh pastries & bread - Make homemade baked goods each day while accommodating dietary needs.
• Maintain kitchen - Ensure the kitchen and storage areas are clean, organized, and follow food safety regulations, and placing food orders.
• Uphold dining area quality - Keep public dining spaces clean and well-stocked for guest comfort.
• Customer & team interaction - Address inquiries and requests, ensuring excellent guest satisfaction. Managing reservation system for the camp, as well as organizing tasks for the cleaning crew.

QUALIFICATIONS
What We're Looking For:

• Experience in food preparation - Prior experience in a high-volume or remote cooking environment is preferred.
• Education & certifications - Food Safety Certification is required; completion of a Culinary Arts program is a plus.
• Attention to detail - Ability to plan and execute meals efficiently while maintaining cleanliness.
• Strong communication skills - Collaborate with staff, manage food orders, and interact with guests professionally.
• Ability to adapt - Comfortable staying at the camp throughout the workweek and handling kitchen operations independently.
