RESPONSIBILITIES
What you'll do:

• Plan and schedule maintenance tasks
  • Take full accountability for planning and scheduling maintenance activities, ensuring all tools, resources, and materials are in place for seamless execution.
• Coordinate Equipment Maintenance
  • Collaborate with the team to align maintenance schedules with operational needs, reducing downtime and optimizing machinery performance.
• Manage maintenance records
  • Keep accurate and detailed logs of maintenance activities, inspections, and service cycles, ensuring compliance with company policies.
• Optimize tool usage
  • Ensure proper use and upkeep of maintenance tools and equipment to support reliable and efficient repairs.

QUALIFICATIONS
What we're looking for:

• Experience in maintenance planning:
  • Minimum 2-4 years in maintenance planning or 3-5 years in industrial setting.
  • Preferred: Supervisory experience in maintenance
• Educational background:
  • Minimum: High school diploma or equivalent
  • Preferred: Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering or a related discipline.
• Skills that set you apart
  • Proficiency in maintenance planning and scheduling techniques.
  • Strong organizational, problem solving, and leadership capabilities.
  • Excellent communication skills for cross-department collaboration.
