RESPONSIBILITIES
What you'll do:
- Plan and schedule maintenance tasks
- Take full accountability for planning and scheduling maintenance activities, ensuring all tools, resources, and materials are in place for seamless execution.
- Coordinate Equipment Maintenance
- Collaborate with the team to align maintenance schedules with operational needs, reducing downtime and optimizing machinery performance.
- Manage maintenance records
- Keep accurate and detailed logs of maintenance activities, inspections, and service cycles, ensuring compliance with company policies.
- Optimize tool usage
- Ensure proper use and upkeep of maintenance tools and equipment to support reliable and efficient repairs.
QUALIFICATIONS
What we're looking for:
- Experience in maintenance planning:
- Minimum 2-4 years in maintenance planning or 3-5 years in industrial setting.
- Preferred: Supervisory experience in maintenance
- Educational background:
- Minimum: High school diploma or equivalent
- Preferred: Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering or a related discipline.
