Job Description:
We're looking for dynamic individuals who are meticulous and enjoy working with people for the 2024 Season. The Room Attendant promotes a positive image of the property to guests and must be pleasant, honest, and friendly.
Our cleaning staff works in teams to clean each cottage, provide towel service, assist with laundry, and help with other duties as required.
Experience is an asset but we can train if you are reliable, work well with others, and you take pride in your work. Our full-time staff works 5 days/week but we are flexible if you are seeking 4 or 6 shifts per week. A regular workweek is 37.5-40 hours per week.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Enters and prepares the room for cleaning.
Dusts the room and furniture.
Replenishes guestroom and bath supplies.
Cleans the bathroom.
Cleans the closet.
Vacuums Checks and secures the rooms.
Replenish amenities Ensure the security of guest rooms and privacy of guests
Perform rotation cleaning duties (e.g. steam clean carpets, spring cleaning, super cleaning etc.) as required
Cleans guest bathroom/bedroom/common areas
Anticipate guests' needs
Maintain positive guest relations at all times.
Monitor and maintain cleanliness, sanitation and organization of assigned work areas.
Empty trash containers
Physical mobility and stamina required, Ability to follow instructions, Detail-oriented, Professional attitude is required, and Ability to work independently. Students are welcome.
