We have Resident Support Workers (RSW) at both the men and women location. We are open 23 hours per day, so the employees work days, evenings, overnights, and weekends. The RSW will support residents in transitioning forward and optimizing physical and mental health, and well-being. They will facilitate medication and assist residents with access to services, remind them of appointments, ensure safety and security of the building, monitor living areas, and process incoming and outgoing donations.
