Responsible for assisting the Next Gen Pastor and Outreach Pastor in organizing events and opportunities to engage the community (both the inward and outward communities).

Job Responsibilities:

• Work with Outreach Pastor and Next Gen Pastor in developing summer programs for kids in local communities, especially those in communities who are new to Canada
• Plan outreach and communication campaigns to reach out to fringe students and kids
• Assist in creating opportunities for students and families to build relationships with leaders and serve their community
• Be involved 2x monthly in hands on Next Gen Ministry to community members(Preschool/Kids)
• Fill in on the weekend schedule when needed
• Plan, prepare, and run summer Next Gen Events with the Ministry Assistant and design events to serve and provide community opportunity for surrounding area
• Assist in any other tasks your supervisor or Pastoral Staff might need
• Attend weekly team meetings
