Provides assistance to resident in activities of daily living. Responds to resident call bells. Assists residents at meal time including tray set-up, feeding and supervision. Prepares and distributes snacks. Verifies individual diet guideline are follows Ensures resident independence, safety, dignity and comfort Assists residents with mobilization, range of motion and exercises as well as transports residents to and from in-house activities
