•Plan swim session program that can be modified to suit the varying age groups of campers and abilities;

•Ensure a physically safe space and healthy atmosphere in the sessions you lead;

•Maintain and keep the pool area and hut in good condition;

•Keep written records of all pool maintenance/service/chemicals;

•Offer leadership and guidance to the other lifeguards;

•Assist Program Director with programs as needed;
