Organize teams and rosters and compile information to be distributed to coaches electronically. Distribute all necessary program information on behalf of Fundy Soccer. Recruit coaches from past coach lists and parents of players. Promote coach education to the coaches and parents. Arrange game schedules for fields. Coordinate/assist with equipment distribution. During the season be available on your assigned field through the weeknights to continue to promote standardized coaching methodology and player development as per Fundy Soccer Coach manuals. Under the direction of the Technical Director, develop program plans for camps. Document any/all incidents occurring during program implementation, and throughout season on assigned fields. Weekly meetings with Program Manager to review work assignments, issues or questions. Promote the values and vision of Fundy Soccer.
