The Service Participant Experience Officer will work closely with the Executive Director to develop, deliver, and analyze the organizational quality assurance program with service participants, Board members, and employees. Responsibilities include developing survey tools, disseminating promotional materials for surveys, issuing surveys with deadlines for completion, conducting follow-ups to ensure high participation rates, analyzing survey results, and preparing reports and communication tools. This position is up to 16 weeks at $16 per hour.
