The Office Administrator would manage the office, do the filing answer the phone and e-mails write the required letters, and contact the personnel, get permission for the use of the different sites in conjunction with the Board, will set up the schedules for the different activities; will complete the necessary forms each day and will see that any other requirements that may arise are completed.
