As a Teaching Artist Intern, you will work under the direction of the Creative Director and Teaching Artists to deliver orchestral instrument instruction in the Sistema NB program of the New Brunswick Youth Orchestra, Inc. You will assist in providing group instruction to classes of up to 20 students, aged 6 to 14, in Sistema NB's free after-school program. You will have the opportunity to witness firsthand the transformative power of orchestral music on children and youth, as well as the wider community we serve.

  • Be a high school student entering grade 10, 11, or 12 in September 2024; OR
  • Be a full-time Grade 12, university or college student in the current academic year of 2023-2024 AND attending a post-secondary institution full-time in the fall of 2024.
