- Work collaboratively with other staff members to ensure a positive and inclusive environment for all campers.
- Supervise group activities and monitor participation to ensure all children are actively engaged.
- Provide positive direction and personal participation to encourage children to participate in activities.
- Report any illness or behavioral concerns to the Program Manager and parents/guardians as needed.
- Use positive redirection techniques to assist children in resolving conflicts and interacting positively with others.

- Be a resident of New Brunswick (must have lived in New Brunswick for at least 6 months) or a First Nation community in New Brunswick;
- Be eligible to work in Canada (must have a valid SIN number);

- Be a high school student entering grade 10, 11, or 12 in September 2024; OR
