Strong communication and organizational skills and an interest in working with bereaved children and families is required; attention to detail and experience with Word, .pdf and Excel files is required; previous experience is an asset. Primary focus will be to attend and assist with the annual Family Grief Retreat (Labour Day Weekend, held outside Sussex, NB). In addition, they will assist with day-to-day operations in the earlier part of the summer, working on basic Excel sheets compiling financial info. They may also be required to work various Sundays in Saint John (their weekly work schedule to be adjusted accordingly). By mid- to late summer, their focus will shift primarily to the Family Grief Retreat. The student should be based in the greater Saint John area and will need to have their own laptop or computer with wifi, working from home for 7 hrs/day/35 hpw. Employment period is Mon 10-Jun-24 to Sun 01-Sep-24; applications will be received until Mon 20-May-24.
