Job Description

• Report to Youth Coordinator and/or Director
• Implements the day-to-day delivery of the BGC Jane and Finch program following all requirements of BGC core values: belonging, respect, encouragement & support, working together, and speaking out
• Develop and follow Program Plans for BGC Jane and Finch Club recreational programming
• Implements the day-to-day delivery of BGC Jane and Finch Club program following all requirements.
• Ensure the confidentiality of the staff and BGC members as employees
• Complete necessary paperwork in person or through technology including application forms, member profiles, safety audits, incident reports progress evaluations, inputting work hours
