Our Bike mechanics have a vast knowledge of the Mountain Biking world. Our mechanics have the ability to properly build and repair Downhill & Cross-Country Mountain Bikes. Accuracy when adjusting and installing brakes and suspension set ups is of Paramount importance. Ability to work well in a team environment is crucial. Quality of work and focus on service and guest satisfaction are the priorities for this position.
Essential Functions:
- Building and repair of mountain bike rental fleet
- Correct installation and adjustment of brakes and suspension
- Maintenance of rental fleet to ensure the bikes are safe for guest use.
- Assist in the rental shop when needed.
- Adhere to all safety procedures as outlined by safety and risk managers analysis.
- Rental and Maintenance of XC, DH bikes and related protective equipment.
Experience/Requirements:
- High School Diploma
- 2 years previous bike mechanic shop experience
- Genuine enjoyment of people interaction
- There will be lifting of boxes required up to a maximum of 50 lbs.
- Repair work requires long periods of time on your feet.
- Pay Type Hourly
- Employment Indicator Seasonal
- Hiring Rate $19.00
