Description:
The Mountain Outfitter's Coffee Shop Clerk is responsible for food & beverage & rental equipment payments. Our number one goal is to create and maintain a WOW experience for every guest that enters the store.
Essential Functions:
- Continually strive to exceed guests' expectations.
- Preparation and dispensing of a wide variety of products, including soups, pastries, specialty coffees, beer & souvenirs etc.
- Provide immediate response to product and service shortfalls.
- Delivery of quality products on a consistent basis
- Responsible for opening & closing duties related to store operation.
- Operate a computer POS system and all related procedures.
- Perform daily operational routines and all related procedures (merchandising, restocking, cleanliness, check list, etc.)
- Maintain store inventory and all related paperwork, including ordering & receiving - maintaining stock & product rotation.
- Adhere to all security procedures involving cash handling, theft, liability, and premises.
- Must be able to work unsupervised for long periods.
- Demonstrate knowledge of all Panorama products and services.
- Learn and demonstrate knowledge of sales training and related steps.
Experience/Requirements:
- Positive, energetic, and enthusiastic towards Guests and peers
- High School
- Previous food & beverage or retail experience / Serving it Right Certificate.
- Previous cash handling experience
- Knowledgeable with various POS systems & Computer systems
- Working on your feet in the store for long periods of time
- Pay Type Hourly
- Employment Indicator Seasonal
- Hiring Rate $18.50
