Function SummaryReporting to the Supervisor, Family Medicine, this role is responsible for greeting people arriving at offices within the hospitals and clinics, directing visitors to appropriate person or service, answering and forwarding telephone calls, taking messages, scheduling appointments and performing other clerical duties.
