Function Summary Reporting to the Director of the Champlain Hospice Palliative Care Program, the CHPCP Communications Assistant is responsible of developing communication tools for the program. The tasks will include the research of palliative care topics and consultation of health care providers in palliative care across a variety of settings to gather information and seek feedback. The role is also responsible of drafting pamphlets and online content about grief and bereavement and regional palliative care resources, creating presentations to support the program.
