Function SummaryReporting to the Manager, Recruitment and Selection, this role is responsible for:
Providing clerical and administrative support to one or more functions of Human Resources, such as but not limited to entering information in databases, scanning, filing, and document management.
Performing reception tasks, as required, and day-to-day operations for the Human Resources department.
Participating in the implementation of projects, as required.
Is committed to living the Mission and Values of Bruyère.
Is committed to patient and resident safety, on-going learning and continuous quality improvement.
Required Qualifications
  • Completion of high school diploma and post-secondary education in Human Resources or Administration
  • Fluent in English and French

Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in Human Resources functions, customer service, general office procedures, and information management

Conditions of Employment
