What can you expect?
This position is required to work overnight shifts.
The Hotel Overnight Bell Desk Agent provides an outstanding guest experience by creating a warm, welcoming, and professional environment. They work overnight to provide safe and efficient handling and transport of guests and their luggage, utilizing company vehicles to transport them up-and-down the mountain to our beautiful resort. The Hotel Overnight Bell Desk Agent is also responsible for ensuring the same service standard is delivered consistently at all times of day and night and to clean and valet the company vehicles.
Key Responsibilities:
- Providing safe driving experience.
- Cleaning / valeting of vehicles.
- Providing excellent guest service during all tasks and providing accurate information to all guests.
- Coordinating with the Front Desk to ensure smooth transfer of guests and delivery of luggage/other items to and from hotel rooms.
- Storing and retrieving guest luggage.
- Efficiently answering guest inquiries regarding the area and hotel services and facilities.
Requirements:
- Must be at least 21 years old with a license and clean driving record for insurance purposes.
- Previous service or hotel experience; able to demonstrate excellent guest service.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills; reliable, a team player and able to use own initiative.
- Strong organizational, attention to detail, and time management skills.
- Ability to complete manual labor, heavy lifting, and standing for long periods of time.
