Flexible work arrangements (hybrid environment – mix of working in-person at the office and at home). The intent of this process is to immediately fill one (1) position in the Sudbury area with a bilingual imperative CBC/CBC second language profile. This process may be used for a variety of positions, security requirements, language requirements, conditions of employment and tenures (including, but not limited to, indeterminate appointments, term appointments, internal assignments, secondments, deployments, acting appointments, casual employment) within the Federal Economic Development Agency for Northern Ontario. ED1: Graduation with a diploma from a recognized college in office automation, secretarial or related field OR an acceptable combination of education, training and relevant experience. EX1: Experience in providing administrative support services; Asset Experiences AEX2: Experience in the coordination of various administrative services to management. A3 : Ability to communicate effectively, both in writing and orally. In such cases, qualified candidates who self-declare as member of a visible minority group, Indigenous people, person with a disability or women, could be considered in priority.
