Intent of the process

The intent of this process is to immediately fill one (1) position in the Sudbury area with a bilingual imperative CBC/CBC second language profile.

A pool of partially and/or fully qualified candidates can be established and used to fill similar positions at this group and level. This process may be used for a variety of positions, security requirements, language requirements, conditions of employment and tenures (including, but not limited to, indeterminate appointments, term appointments, internal assignments, secondments, deployments, acting appointments, casual employment) within the Federal Economic Development Agency for Northern Ontario.

Information you must provide In order to be considered, your application must clearly explain how you meet the following (essential qualifications)

Education
ED1: Graduation with a diploma from a recognized college in office automation, secretarial or related field OR an acceptable combination of education, training and relevant experience.

Experiences
EX1: Experience in providing administrative support services;
EX2: Experience providing client services; and
EX3: Experience in drafting, editing, formatting, revising correspondence or reports and responding to requests for information.

If you possess any of the following, your application must also clearly explain how you meet it (other qualifications)

Asset Experiences
AEX1: Experience in interacting with internal or external stakeholders; and
AEX2: Experience in the coordination of various administrative services to management.
