The Senior Financial Analyst (SFA) will primarily be responsible for assisting in the financial statement close process, internal and external reporting, compliance, and treasury functions. Reporting to the Manager, Financial Reporting, the SFA will have wide exposure to financial processes and special projects across the finance team, in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment. Prepare and review month-end journal entries and balance sheet reconciliations Prepare stand-alone and consolidated financial statements and related note disclosures Coordinate the year-end external audit and address any issues as they arise Prepare and analyze financial results for senior leadership Assist in the design, implementation, and maintenance of internal controls over financial reporting Research accounting issues for compliance with GAAP and ensure the appropriate accounting policies are applied by the finance team Treasury and Other Prepare quarterly bank covenant calculations and related reporting requirements Liaise with external tax consultants and ensure corporate tax filings are completed on time Provide indirect supervisory support for the finance team Other special projects and ad hoc duties as required 3-5 years of progressive work experience in accounting/auditing under IFRS or US GAAP Strong systems experience including advanced Excel skills Experience in software or technology sectors Exposure to M&A and purchase price allocation, multi-subsidiary consolidation Understanding and experience with SOX controls and required documentation #
