We are looking for an experienced Manager, Financial Planning and Analysis (Operational Finance) to join our growing organization. Reporting to the FP&A Vice-President, the Manager, FP&A (Operational Finance) is primarily responsible for the financial analysis of Quebec operations. This role will be based from our Head Office in Brossard - Montreal, Quebec. This is an on-site position. Manager, Financial Planning & Analysis (Operational Finance) will report to the FP&A Vice-President. The Manager, Financial Planning & Analysis (Operational Finance) is primarily responsible for the financial analysis of Quebec operations. Responsible for the financial analysis of the monthly variations of dental clinics in Quebec Responsible for the preparation of clinic budgets in Quebec and detailed analysis for long-term planning Deliver and lead regular performance insights report to senior leadership including KPI Define how the business can create additional value through taking multiple data points and transferring those into actionable insights/analysis for the team Partner with business unit leaders to evaluate key trends, identify profitable growth opportunities and ensure forecast accuracy Support in the development and adoption of Business Intelligence tools in Quebec and nationally Financial analysis on the results of potential clinic acquisitions Provide any other ad hoc analysis and lead various other reporting projects including decision support, metrics and analytics Bachelor's degree in accounting Excellent communication skills in French and English, both written and oral (bilingual) Knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite and more specifically Excel Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central and Power BI (asset) Be flexible, versatile and discreet Full-time employment, competitive salary and great benefits package A collaborative team that will support and train you, great office environment We celebrate diversity and are committed to creating an inclusive environment for all employees.
