Handle general inquiries (internally and externally) over the phone or through electronic communications. Complete files timely, accurately, and in compliance with BorderBuddy and Customs' policies and procedures. Write detailed notes and instructions re: clients, Freight Forwarders, CBSA, Carriers, etc. Maintain client database & update information as necessary. Ability to communicate effectively with clients, CBSA, Carriers, and Freight Forwarders, etc. Fluent in English (verbal and written). Knowledge and experience with CargoWise and/or CanData is an asset. Strong organizational abilities, flexible, and reliable. Excellent computer knowledge and skills. Minimum Grade 12 graduation; Language ~ Preference will be given to bilingual candidates (French and/or Mandarin in particular). This role is fully remote.
