Job Description

We are currently seeking a Maintenance Technician/Porter to join our team! You will be responsible for completing work orders and other required tasks.

Responsibilities:

• "Jack of all Trades", plumbing, carpentry, painting, electrical, janitorial and grounds work.
• Perform routine preventive maintenance
• Maintain material and supply inventory
• Oversee work performed by outside contractors as necessary

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in maintenance or other related fields preferred
• Familiarity with maintenance tools and equipment
• Ability to handle physical workload on occasion
• Deadline and detail-oriented
